Legal Consultant in Grade ‘F’ (Legal Adviser) -> The compensation package (including market value of housing) will be equal to Cost-to Company(CTC) band equivalent to Grade ‘F’ Officers in the Bank as revised from time to time (Presently Rupees 53.43 lakh per annum subject to tax).

Legal Consultant in Grade ‘C’/’D’ (Assistant/Deputy Legal Adviser) -> The compensation package (including market value of housing) will be equal to Cost-to-Company (CTC) equivalent of Grade ‘C/D’ officers in the Bank as revised from time to time (presently 26.26 / 35.58 lakh per annum subject to tax).

Educational Qualification and Experience:

PhDs in Grade ‘B’ for Research Positions -> Ph.D. in areas of Economics or Finance from reputed universities (Indian or Foreign) is the minimum required educational qualification. The Bank will also look at those with interest and expertise in related areas in econometrics, computational and theoretical economics. High quality research potential and communication skills of international standards are essential.

Director – Communication -> Minimum Post Graduation with first class (equivalent to 60%) (preferably in Economics) and a Degree or Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication or Public Relations of minimum one year duration conducted by reputed institutes, preferably affiliated to / recognized by a reputed University. Experience - Minimum 10 years’ experience in Journalism / Media preferably in economic / financial / reporting OR in public Relations preferably with banks, financial institutions, financial sector regulators. Good communication skills – oral and written, good management skills.

Officer in Grade ‘B’ -> Minimum Graduation with first class (Equivalent to 60%) (preferably in Economics) and a Degree or Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication or Public Relations of minimum one year duration conducted by reputed institutes, preferably affiliated to / recognized by a reputed University. Educational Qualification and Experience:

Assistant Manager Grade 'A' ->

(1) Graduate Degree from recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Proficiency in computers is essential.
(3) An officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force.

Private Secretary Grade 'A' ->

(1) Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized
University.
(2) A Pass in Stenography Lower / Junior Grade Examination in English conducted by State Board of Examination / Board of Technical Examination / Board of Technical Education and Training.
(3) A Pass in Typewriting Higher / Senior Grade Examination in English conducted by State Board of Examination / Board of Technical Examination / Board of Technical Education and Training.
(4) Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Manager Grade 'B' (Electrical Engineer) ->

(1) Graduation in Engineering in Electrical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. Post Graduates in the same discipline will be preferred.
(2) Minimum 5 years in execution/ maintenance of electrical installations in large   buildings / commercial buildings having HT / LT substations, central AC plants, lifts, UPS, DG sets, CCTV, Fire alarm system, etc.

Manager Grade 'B' ->

(1) Post Graduation Degree in Economics from a recognized University. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills.
(2) Minimum 2 years as an Economist or Analyst with Financial Institutions/ Banks / Industry Chambers / Rating Agencies. Preference will be given to candidates having
background in macroeconomic forecasting and analysis.
(3) Candidates having hands on experience in Econometric packages like STATA (Data Analysis and Statistical Software), SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and EVIEWS will be given preference.

Consultant (equivalent to Grade D) (Merchant Banking) ->

(1) MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary / Post Graduate.
(2) Minimum 10 years in Financial sector / Law firms along with 5 years experience     working with SEBI recognized Category - I Merchant Banker handling issue Management, Merger, Acquisition, Listing, De-listing, ESOP Valuation, Project Appraisal, Loan Syndication, etc.

Selection Process: Interview only for Consultant (Merchant Banking) Post; Online Examination and Personal Interview for Group A Posts; Online Examination , Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview.

Exam Pattern:  The online test shall be of objective type and in Hindi and English except for the Test of English Language. The Candidates have to choose the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which they feel is appropriate/ correct. The alternative / option that is clicked on will be treated as the answer to that question. There will be penalty for wrong answers i.e. for every wrong answer; one-fourth of the mark assigned to that question will be deducted from those obtained by the candidates.
